A full gourmet breakfast is served either in the elegant formal dining room or, weather permitting, on the brick patio. Consisting of a hot entrée, fruit course, and accompanying homemade side dishes, breakfast is served with silver, crystal and china.
      Signature dishes include eggs Benedict, a baked orange croissant dish, mini chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes, a Mexican breakfast with fresh tortillas, assorted fresh mini muffins, and seasonal fruit smoothies. Additionally, upon arising, guests may enjoy a cup of freshly ground and brewed coffee or a selection of teas, perhaps in their suites or on the balcony just outside the suites.
      Upon arrival, guests may review local restaurant menus and travel information about the area. Each guest suite has its own notebook containing information about the area and its activities and attractions.
